All items are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or cancel any order if stock becomes unavailable. Product images are as accurate as possible, but slight variations may occur.

2. Pricing
Prices are listed in euros (€) and include VAT where applicable. ANCASSA reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

3. Orders
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. This email confirms we have received your order — it does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

4. Payment
We accept all major credit cards and secure payment methods available at checkout. Full payment is required at the time of purchase.

5. Shipping & Delivery
Please refer to our Shipping Policy for details on processing times, delivery estimates, and international shipping. ANCASSA is not responsible for delays caused by customs or external carriers.

6. Returns & Exchanges
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unworn, unused items in original condition. Please refer to our Return Policy for instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise specified.

7. Intellectual Property
All designs, logos, images, and content on www.ancassa.com are the exclusive property of ANCASSA. Any reproduction or use without permission is strictly prohibited.

8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute will be handled by the competent courts of Paris, France.
