Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Estimates
We offer worldwide shipping with the following flat-rate options:

• France & EU: 2–5 business days 

• UK & Switzerland: 3–6 business days 

• USA & Canada: 4–8 business days

• Rest of the World: 5–10 business days 

Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times vary by location and shipping method. Please note that delays may occasionally occur due to customs or local disruptions.

Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can follow your parcel in real time.

Customs & Duties
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. ANCASSA is not liable for any delays caused by customs clearance.
